Does your child need health insurance? Contact NJ FamilyCare at www.njfamilycare.org or 800-701-0710. If you indicated on your 2009 NJ income tax form that your child does not have health insurance, look for a yellow envelope in the mail. It contains an express lane application, which you should complete and return as soon as possible.
